classes & workshops
canceled 30 days or more before the class:
customer will receive a full refund
canceled 7-29 days before class:
customer will receive 50% refund
canceled less than 7 days before class:
customer will not receive a refund
for 1 day workshops:
if the workshop is recurring, the customer may switch to a different date. if it is not recurring,
the above policy will be applied.
