The Dover Art League offers classes and workshops to all ages, as well as many artist opportunities. Becoming a member of the DAL includes a discount on classes, early registration to classes, entry to member only events, and the opportunity to submit art for the member gallery. The DAL is always in search of teachers to provide the community with a variety of accessible class options. There are lots of volunteer opportunities within the DAL if you’re looking to get involved in your local arts community. Join us in connecting our community through the power of the arts.

Gallery hours are Wednesday - Saturday from 10am-4pm.

History

Founded in 1973, the Dover Art League was the brainchild of a group of local artists with the goal of hosting a space for art display, sale, and creation. Since then, the DAL has expanded to include all forms of art and has remained a consistent part of Loockerman Street and historic Downtown Dover.
